Are All Electronic Cigarettes Created The Same?

There are a few e-cigarettes that are light years ahead of the rest. Of these, I have found that there are none better than the Generation 4 & 5 available from SmartSmokerUSA. It is of European Design and Quality. Many of the components are manufactured in the European Union. The parts from Asia go through an additional quality check in Europe before being shipped to the Customer.
